2. Products
We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. As each item is a physical print, slight variations in colour and finish may occur. Limited edition items are produced in a single run and are not restocked once sold out.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified. If a payment is captured but your order does not confirm, please contact us with your order ID.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier conditions. You can follow your order from the Track Order page using your order ID.
6. Custom Requests
Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you. Because they are personalised, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, except in the case of a defect on our part.
7. Intellectual Property
All characters, artwork, and trademarks featured remain the property of their respective rights holders. Our products are intended for personal collection and display.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instaroid is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
